Delegates Programme
The Delegates Programme equips NEAR members to step into national, regional, and global policy spaces with confidence. Through a blend of training, mentoring, political analysis, and real-world engagement, Delegates bring the perspectives of their communities directly into processes that shape how aid is organised and funded.
Delegates play a visible role in moments such as the Grand Bargain Annual Meeting, ECOSOC HAS, the humanitarian reset, and UNGA. As the programme expands in 2026, NEAR is strengthening a new generation of leaders who are not only participating in global debates – but helping set their direction.
