Using existing local capacities and solidarity to advance localization.
The lobs solutions include using existing local capacities within volunteers , national staffs , equipment , existing offices and logistics within vehicles and motorbikes; Lab members are using solidarity by sharing offices ( Some of them) , using internet together and doing capacity building based on local capacities . Learning

Learning

Reflection is central to the Lab’s approach.
Since the Lab is established, we learned that working together is a value as it increases inclusion and brings efforts together. Local NGOs have capacities but they are missing some other ingredients to do more in the contexts where they are based.
