NEAR’s Strategic Plan 2024-2026 was developed with our members through an open participatory process and supports our mission to reinvent aid through innovative ideas, knowledge sharing, and influencing. More specifically, we want to: build and amplify a collective voice of diverse local leaders, ensure local actors are primary decision makers in the global aid system, and facilitate practical and innovative solutions that build on the experience and knowledge of the global south. In this third strategic plan, we share our mission and vision, define our approach, our values, and share our collective strategic priorities to solve complex issues faced by the global aid system. With the insights of our members, we have developed four strategic goals and two operational goals for this period.
